UPON ARRIVAL

All new clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes before scheduled appointment to fill out paper work. 

Scheduled time booked includes paper work, consultation, treatment, and after care.

CANCELATION POILCY

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give as much notice as possible. I require at lest 8 hours notice for canceled appointments. For all un-cancelled appointments 50% of your services will be charged.
